颈静脉突
Processus jugularis
定义
颈静脉突是一块四边形骨板，从枕髁后部向外侧延伸，与颞骨岩部相接。从颅骨底面观察时更为清晰，即从颅底下面观可见。该骨板的前缘有一颈静脉切迹，当颅骨各部分拼合在一起时，该切迹构成颈静脉孔的后缘。
在颈静脉突的上面，有一乙状窦沟。该沟向内侧弯曲并向前延伸，与颈静脉切迹及颈静脉孔相续。颈静脉突的下面粗糙，作为头外侧直肌和寰枕外侧韧带的附着点。
