髁管，有时称为后髁管，是位于髁窝内的一条细小管道——髁窝为一浅在的骨性下降，位于颅底每侧枕髁的后方。该管允许导静脉穿行其中，将乙状窦（脑内的硬脑膜静脉窦）与颅骨外的静脉相连通。此连接不含静脉瓣，因此允许血液双向流动。它作为一种安全机制，对平衡颅内压及选择性冷却大脑具有重要作用。
