枕髁
Condylus occipitalis
定义
枕髁是位于枕骨外侧部下方的两个突出骨性隆起。它们呈椭圆形，位于颅底。其长轴朝向前内方，前端延伸至枕骨基底部，后端向外后方延伸，位于枕骨大孔中部附近。髁的关节面呈圆形，通过寰枕关节与寰椎的上关节面相连接。该关节将颅骨与脊柱相连。每个枕髁周围均有关节囊包绕，其内侧面有一粗糙区域，用于附着翼状韧带。在每个枕髁上方，位于其与枕骨外侧部之间，有一骨性管道称为舌下神经管。该管道作为舌下神经通过的通路。
