闭孔神经皮支是闭孔神经一个变异且通常范围有限的分支，负责提供皮肤的感觉神经支配：
闭孔神经前支在闭孔外肌前方离开骨盆，行于短收肌前方，耻骨肌与长收肌后方；在长收肌下缘处，与股神经的股前皮支及隐神经支相交通，形成一种神经丛。偶尔，这一与股神经股前皮支及隐神经支相交通的分支向下延续，形成闭孔神经皮支，分布至大腿及小腿。当出现此情况时，该支从长收肌下缘穿出，沿缝匠肌后缘下行至膝关节内侧，在此穿过深筋膜，与隐神经相交通，并分布至小腿胫侧皮肤，向下可达小腿中段。
根据一项尸体解剖研究，闭孔神经皮支在43%的案例中被发现，起自闭孔神经前支，位于腹股沟韧带远端6至10厘米处。当其存在时，支配腘窝后内侧4至9平方厘米的区域。[1]
另一项研究报告指出，皮支偶尔可延伸至膝关节以下，到达内踝及足部，但此情况较为罕见。[2] 闭孔神经前支皮支（cb-ar-ON）在存在与否及分布范围上的高度变异性，使得基于皮肤麻醉评估闭孔神经阻滞效果的临床方法缺乏可靠性。[1]
