股骨滑车正中沟（滑车沟）是一条沿股骨滑车纵向走行的下降，位于股骨髌面的内侧与外侧股骨髁之间。该沟在髌骨的关节连接中起关键作用，在膝关节屈伸运动过程中有助于髌骨的平滑轨迹运动。
滑车沟通常被描述为走向接近矢状面，尽管远端髁部解剖形态存在变异。[1] 在矢状面观察时，该沟整体呈圆形，平均曲率半径约为25.5 mm。[2] 该沟的位置相对于股骨机械轴偏向外侧，与解剖轴或髁间横轴均不对齐。[3]
