定义
到达小叶中心后，血窦汇入一条管径较大的静脉，该静脉沿小叶中轴从顶部延伸至底部，称为中央静脉（小叶内静脉）。在小叶底部，该静脉直接开口于小叶下静脉，小叶即借此与小叶下静脉相连。小叶下静脉逐级汇合，形成越来越粗的静脉干，最终汇入肝静脉；肝静脉汇聚形成三条较大的静脉干，开口于下腔静脉，而下腔静脉位于肝脏后面的腔静脉窝内。
