The anorectoperineal muscles (Rectourethral muscles) are in the male any of the bands (smooth muscle fibers) of the longitunal layer of the mucular coat of rectum (Rectoperinealis; Rectourethralis superior) and anal canal (Anoperinealis; Rectourethralis inferior) extending from the perineal flexure of the rectum to the membranous urethra above the perineal body.
