The subperiosteal space is a potential space situated between the periorbita and the orbital bones.

Boundaries:

• Peripherally: orbital bones

• Internally: periorbita

Pathology:

• Subperiosteal abscess

• Dermoid cyst

• Epidermoid cyst

• Mucocele

• Myeloma

• Osteomatous tumour

• Hematoma

• Fibrous dysplasia
