The eighteenth thoracic vertebra (T18) is the last thoracic vertebra, located between T17 and the first lumbar vertebra (L1).

In vertebrates, thoracic vertebrae form the region of the vertebral column associated with the rib cage and bear articular surfaces for ribs.
