定义
尺骨后返动脉（a. recurrentes ulnaris posterior）比尺骨前返动脉粗大得多，起自尺动脉，起始位置略低于前者。
该动脉向后内侧走行，经过指深屈肌表面，行于指浅屈肌后方，并向上绕至肱骨内上髁后方。在内上髁与鹰嘴之间的间隙内，该动脉走行于尺侧腕屈肌深面，继而向上穿行于该肌两头之间，与尺神经相邻，沿途供应邻近肌肉及肘关节，并与尺侧上副动脉、尺侧下副动脉及骨间返动脉相互吻合。
