腰肋（腰副肋）是一种解剖变异，表现为腰区存在额外的退化肋，通常起自第一腰椎。与颈肋相比，此类额外肋相对罕见，可呈双侧或单侧发生。腰肋在普通人群中的患病率估计约为2.1%，在欧洲等特定地理区域的发病率更高。
