牙尖是牙齿咬合面或切缘上的隆突。尖牙，又称单尖牙，每颗各具一个牙尖；前磨牙，又称双尖牙，每颗各具两个牙尖。磨牙通常具有四个或五个牙尖。在某些人群中，上颌磨牙，尤其是第一磨牙，会在近心舌侧尖上出现第五个牙尖（次要尖），称为卡拉贝利尖。
