腓骨前内侧面
Facies anteromedialis fibulae
定义
内侧面位于腓骨前缘与内侧缘（或骨间缘）之间，亦称为腓骨前面或腓骨前内侧面。在腓骨上段，内侧缘（或骨间缘）与前缘紧密靠拢，二者几乎难以区分。因此，前内侧面（或内侧面或前面）变得极为狭窄，宽度可小至1毫米甚至更窄。
腓骨前内侧面是小腿伸肌间隙（或前间隙）肌肉的附着部位，包括位置略偏前的趾长伸肌和位置略偏后的姆长伸肌。第三腓骨肌起自腓骨前内侧面的下四分之一处。
