定义
距骨头的下面有一个跟骨前关节面，与跟骨上相应的跟骨前关节面形成连接。
距骨下面的其他关节面将其与跟骨在下方连接。这些关节面包括：位于距骨头下方（有时位于距骨颈下方）的中间关节面，以及位于距骨体下面的后关节面。
