定义
膝关节胫侧副韧带（膝关节内侧副韧带）是一条宽阔、扁平的膜性带状结构，位置更靠近关节后方而非前方。其上方附着于股骨内侧髁，位于收肌结节的正下方；下方附着于胫骨内侧髁及胫骨体的内侧面。
该韧带由两个主要组成部分构成：浅层内侧副韧带（sMCL）和深层内侧副韧带（dMCL）。
- 浅层内侧副韧带（sMCL；胫侧副韧带浅层）是胫侧副韧带中较大且更为突出的部分。其起自股骨内侧上髁，起点位于内侧上髁近端约3.2 mm、后方约4.8 mm处。sMCL具有两个独立的胫骨附着点：近端附着点位于胫骨平台下方约42 mm处，远端附着点位于膝关节远端约61.2 mm处。sMCL近似等长，即在膝关节运动全范围内其长度保持相对恒定。[1-3]
- 深层内侧副韧带（dMCL；胫侧副韧带深层）较小，位于sMCL深面。其由两个部分组成：内侧半月板股骨韧带和半月板胫骨韧带。dMCL的股骨附着点位于内侧上髁远端6 mm、后方5 mm处。dMCL的胫骨附着点较宽阔，呈扇形向前远端展开，附着于胫骨平台下方8 mm的宽广区域。[2]
