胫侧副韧带深层（深层内侧副韧带；dMCL）是膝关节内侧的重要稳定结构。在解剖学上，dMCL 由两个独立的部分组成：半月板股骨韧带和半月板胫骨韧带。

  • 半月板股骨部附着于股骨内上髁远端偏后方，约位于内上髁远端 6 mm、后方 5 mm 处。
  • 半月板胫骨部附着于胫骨，呈扇形向前远端展开，形成宽阔的附着区。该胫骨附着区位于胫骨平台下方约 8 mm 处，前后方向跨度为 17 至 39 mm。
