膝横韧带
Ligamentum transversum genus

膝横韧带（膝横韧带，transverse genicular ligament）是一种解剖结构，连接内侧半月板和外侧半月板的前角。根据一项尸体研究，该韧带存在于约55%的膝关节中。[1]
从形态测量学角度来看，膝横韧带的平均长度为35.4毫米，宽度为2.5毫米。它位于前交叉韧带（ACL）在胫骨上前方附着点的附近，两者之间的平均距离为2.5毫米。[1] 该韧带在膝关节伸展时略微紧张，在屈曲时松弛，且在施加于膝关节的外侧、内侧或旋转力作用下不表现出明显的张力。[1]
膝横韧带可作为前交叉韧带胫骨矢状位止点的定位标志，在矢状面上与前交叉韧带胫骨足印区的前缘相吻合。[2] 这一解剖关系在临床上具有重要意义，尤其适用于前交叉韧带重建等手术操作，其中胫骨隧道的精确定位至关重要。
总体而言，膝横韧带在膝关节的生物力学功能中作用甚微，可被视为一种退化结构。[1]
