定义
髌胫内侧韧带（MPTL）是髌骨内侧稳定结构的组成部分（与髌股内侧韧带（MPFL）及半月板髌骨内侧韧带共同构成）。该韧带起自髌骨远端极，止于胫骨近端，止点位于关节线远侧约13.7 mm处。髌胫内侧韧带长约36.4 mm，宽约7.1 mm。其组织学特征为致密结缔组织，符合韧带的典型结构，且其刚度大于髌股内侧韧带（MPFL）。[1]
髌胫内侧韧带在胫骨上的止点位于一骨性嵴上，约在关节线远侧5.0 mm处。[2]该韧带在髌骨稳定中发挥次要作用，辅助髌股内侧韧带（MPFL）提供的主要约束功能。[3]
