定义
右椎旁线是右肺与椎旁脂肪及软组织之间的界面。
正常影像学表现：
右椎旁线呈直线状，走行于第8至第12胸椎水平。
据报道，右椎旁线可见于23%的后前位胸部X线平片。
异常影像学表现：
椎旁线可因显著的纵隔脂肪或骨赘而向外侧移位。轮廓异常或移位亦可提示后纵隔病变，如纵隔血肿、肿块或髓外造血。
