气管后线
Linea trachealis posterior
定义
气管后线由气管后壁轮廓及软组织构成，由气管内气体与右肺内气体之间的界面所形成。
正常影像学表现：
气管后线可在侧位胸部X线片上显示。气管后线正常情况下宽度小于2.5mm。当其宽度超过5.5mm时，称为气管后条纹（气管食管条纹），此时由气管与食管之间的界面（而非气管与右肺之间的界面）所形成。
异常影像学表现
正常表现可因食管癌或淋巴结病变而发生改变。
