Nervus vestibularis
定义
前庭神经（又称前庭根），即平衡神经，起源于前庭神经节（即Scarpa神经节）中的双极细胞，该神经节位于内耳道外端上部。周围神经纤维分为三支：上支穿过上前庭区的小孔，终止于椭圆囊以及上半规管和外半规管的壶腹；下支的纤维穿过下前庭区的小孔，终止于球囊；后支穿过单孔，支配后半规管的壶腹。
