定义
拇指指间关节的籽骨是一块细小的卵圆形或圆形小骨，位于拇指指间关节（IP关节）的掌侧面。它嵌于掌板与拇长屈肌腱之中，起支点作用，以增强肌腱在拇指屈曲时的力学效益。
该籽骨最常见于拇指IP关节处，根据影像学检查方式及研究人群的不同，其在成年人群中的发生率约为47%至75%。
