定义
胃前壁的左半部与膈相接触，膈将其与左肺底部、心包以及左侧第七、第八、第九肋骨及肋间隙分隔开。
胃前壁的右半部与肝左叶、方叶及腹前壁相毗邻。当胃排空时，横结肠可位于此面的前部。整个表面均覆有腹膜。
面。——当胃处于收缩状态时，其两个面分别朝向上方和下方；但当胃充盈扩张时，则分别朝向前方和后方。因此，可将其描述为前上面和后下面。
