定义
肛管上2/3处具有黏膜纵行皱襞或隆起。其黏膜衬覆单层柱状上皮。肛管管腔在其上半部呈现数条纵行皱襞，由黏膜及部分肌层向内折叠形成。这些皱襞称为肛柱（直肠柱；Morgagni柱），各柱之间由沟槽（肛窦；直肠窦）分隔，肛窦下端终止于数个小瓣状皱襞，称为肛瓣（Ball瓣），连接各直肠柱的下端。
