定义
肛管上2/3处具有黏膜纵行皱襞或隆起。其黏膜由单层柱状上皮衬覆。肛管管腔在其上半部呈现数条纵行皱襞，由黏膜层及部分肌层内陷折叠形成。这些结构称为肛柱（直肠柱；Morgagni柱），各柱之间由沟槽（肛窦；直肠窦）相互分隔，沟槽下端终止于小的瓣状皱襞，称为肛瓣（Ball瓣），其将各直肠柱的下端相互连接。
