肋沟

在肋骨内面的骨嵴与下缘之间有一条沟，即肋沟，容纳肋间血管和神经。
在骨的背部，此沟属于下缘；但在肋角稍前方，该处肋沟最深且最宽，位于内面。
肋沟的上缘圆钝，供肋间内肌附着；下缘与肋骨下缘相对应，供肋间外肌附着。
在肋沟内可见多个小孔的开口，为营养血管所在，这些血管从前向后斜行穿过骨干。
