终室（又称脊髓圆锥室），是位于脊髓远端脊髓圆锥附近中央管的脑脊液充填性扩张结构。其内衬室管膜细胞，周围被第X层灰质所环绕，是一种胚胎发育残余结构，临床意义尚不明确，在成人中可作为解剖变异而持续存在。
