腰骶膨大

定义
腰骶膨大是脊髓下部的一个增宽区域，具体延伸自L1至S3脊髓节段。
膨大原因：
腰骶膨大的形成，是因为该区域在腹侧角集中了大量运动神经元，在背侧角集中了大量感觉神经元，以满足下肢的功能需求。具体而言，下腰段和骶段脊神经的腹侧支均起自该区域，共同构成腰骶丛，为骨盆、大腿、小腿及足部提供感觉和运动支配。
