The fibular tarsal tendon sheaths refer to the common fibular (peroneal) tendon sheaths, which envelop the tendons of the fibularis (peroneus) longus and brevis muscles as they pass around the lateral malleolus and into the foot and the plantar tendon sheath of fibularis longus muscle
