The muscular triangle (Omotracheal triangle) is a paired anatomical region of the anterior neck. It is bounded medially by the midline of the neck, superiorly by the superior belly of the omohyoid muscle, and laterally by the anterior border of the sternocleidomastoid muscle. This triangle contains the infrahyoid muscles, including the sternohyoid, sternothyroid, thyrohyoid, and omohyoid muscles, as well as underlying structures such as the thyroid gland, parathyroid glands, and portions of the larynx and trachea.
