The parotidomasseteric region is defined as the anatomical area encompassing the parotid gland and the adjacent masseter muscle. This region is characterized by the close topographic relationship between the superficial lobe of the parotid gland and the posterior part of the masseter muscle, particularly in the upper sections near the zygomatic arch.
