Foramen zygomaticofaciale
Definition
The zygomaticofacial foramen is a small aperture of the lateral surface of zygomatic bone, for the passage of the zygomaticofacial nerve and vessel. Below this foramen is a slight elevation, which gives origin to the Zygomaticus.
