Sulcus sagittalis phalangis mediae

Definition

The distal extremity of the middle phalanx (Caput phalangis mediae) has a surface constituted a bit in the same way as the one of the proximal phalanx: two condyloid reliefs, the medial and lateral condyle of middle phalanx (Condylus medialis & lateralis phalangis mediae) separated by a dorsopalmar sagittal groove of middle phalanx (Sulcus sagitalis phalangis mediae).
