岩小神经管裂孔

定义
岩小神经管裂孔位于颞骨岩部前面。它位于三叉神经压迹的下外侧，并位于岩大神经管裂孔的更下方。此裂孔标志着岩小神经所经过的骨性沟的终点。该神经起自中耳的鼓室丛，并在此处穿出至骨面。出现后，该神经向内侧走行至卵圆孔，在其行程中始终位于岩大神经的下外侧。最终，该神经穿入卵圆孔，进入颞下窝。
