蝶骨顶缘

蝶骨大翼顶骨缘是指其上缘。它在上方与顶骨的蝶角相关节，形成所谓的蝶顶缝。额骨和颞骨也在此处相交。这四块骨共同构成颅骨的一个区域，称为翼点，该区域骨质尤为菲薄。侧面头部（通常为颞部）受到强烈撞击时，可导致此区域骨折，进而可能撕裂深面的脑膜中动脉，引发硬膜外出血。
