蝶骨顶缘

蝶骨大翼顶骨缘是指其上缘。它向上与顶骨蝶角相关节，形成所谓的蝶顶缝。额骨和颞骨也在此处汇合。这四块骨共同构成颅骨的一个区域，称为翼点，该区域骨质尤为薄弱。头部侧面（通常为颞区）遭受强烈撞击时，可导致该区域骨折，可能撕裂其下方的脑膜中动脉，进而引发硬膜外血肿。
