咽鼓管沟（sulcus of auditory tube），又称 sulcus tubae，是颅底可辨认的解剖性骨沟，位于蝶骨大翼后内侧缘与颞骨岩部的交界处。该沟容纳咽鼓管的软骨部。此沟向后外侧延续，移行为嵌于颞骨岩部内的咽鼓管骨部，最终与中耳腔相通。
