咽鼓管沟，又称 sulcus tubae，是颅底一个可辨认的解剖性骨沟，位于蝶骨大翼后内侧缘与颞骨岩部的交界处。其功能为容纳咽鼓管的软骨部。该沟向后外侧延伸，续于嵌入颞骨岩部的咽鼓管骨部，最终与中耳腔相通。
