Nervus auricularis posterior
定义
耳后神经（n. auricularis posterior）在茎乳孔附近发出，向上走行于乳突前方；在此处，它与迷走神经耳支的一条细支汇合，并与耳大神经后支及枕小神经相交通。当其在外耳道与乳突之间上行时，分为耳支和枕支。耳支支配耳后肌及耳廓颅面的固有肌肉。枕支较粗大，沿枕骨上项线向后走行，支配枕肌。
