额神经
Nervus frontalis
定义
额神经是眼神经三条分支中最大的一支，从其大小和走行方向来看，可视为眼神经的延续部分。它通过眶上裂进入眼眶，并在上睑提肌与骨膜之间向前行走。
在眼眶顶与眶底之间的中点附近，额神经分为两条分支：滑车上神经和眶上神经。
