固有核

定义
固有核是位于脊髓后角内的一个重要感觉神经核。其背侧部分占据第三层，而其腹侧部分位于脊髓后角头部的第四层。固有核还可能延伸至后角颈部区域的第五层。在垂直方向上，固有核贯穿脊髓后角的全长。它在处理感觉输入方面发挥着关键作用，通过背柱-内侧丘系通路中上行一级神经元侧支接收有关振动觉、本体感觉和两点辨别觉的信息。
