定义
胫侧副韧带浅层（浅层内侧副韧带；sMCL）是膝关节内侧的重要稳定结构，具有恒定的解剖构型与附着方式。
sMCL 起自股骨内上髁，具体位于内上髁近侧 3.2 mm、后方 4.8 mm 处。韧带向远端延伸，在胫骨上具有两个独立的附着点。胫骨近侧附着点位于胫骨平台下方约 42 mm 处，远侧附着点位于膝关节远侧约 61.2 mm 处。
sMCL 由两层胶原纤维构成：单向纤维层与多向纤维层，两层均向远端逐渐变薄。该韧带具有近等长性，即在膝关节运动全范围内其长度保持相对恒定，这一特性对于韧带在各种活动中维持膝关节稳定性至关重要。
