颈心支（上心支；rami cardiaci superiores；），通常有两至三支，起自迷走神经颈部的上、下段：
• 上支（颈上心支）较细小，与交感神经的心支相交通，可追踪至心丛的深部。
• 下支（颈下心支）起于颈根部，恰位于第一肋上方。右侧迷走神经发出的分支经无名动脉前方或侧方走行，进入心丛深部；左侧迷走神经发出的分支向下越过主动脉弓左侧，加入心丛浅部。
