定义
动眼神经〔第III对颅神经〕的下支较粗大，分为三支。一支经视神经下方至内直肌；另一支至下直肌；第三支最长，在下直肌与外直肌之间向前行至下斜肌。由最后一支发出一短而粗的分支，至睫状神经节下部，构成其短根。
