定义
髌下脂肪垫隐窝（Hoffa脂肪垫隐窝）包括下髌下脂肪垫隐窝（脂肪垫下隐窝）和上髌下脂肪垫隐窝（脂肪垫上隐窝），两者位于髌下脂肪垫的后缘，在区分正常解剖变异与病理状态方面具有重要意义。[1]
