髋臼宽度是用于评估犬髋关节解剖学的一项测量指标，用于计算髋臼指数。该测量在横断面二维CT图像上进行。犬取背卧位，髋关节伸展、内收并轻度内旋。测量在包含髋臼窝、轮廓清晰的髋臼顶、圆形股骨头及头凹的三张连续图像上进行。
髋臼宽度是髋臼背外侧点与腹外侧点之间连线的长度。
