机械性内侧胫骨远端角是用于评估胫骨成角畸形并为矫正提供指导的一项测量指标。该角度由胫骨的颅尾位或尾颅位X线片,或胫骨多平面重建CT图像确定。
在X线影像学评估中,投照范围包括胫骨全长、膝关节及跗关节。胫骨与X线束垂直,X线束中心对准胫骨骨干中点。若满足以下条件,则认为体位摆放满意:
机械性内侧胫骨远端角是在额状面内,于胫骨内侧,胫骨机械轴与胫骨远端关节定向线之间所形成的角。
