胫骨扭转角是用于评估胫骨畸形并为矫正手术提供指导的解剖标志。其测量基于胫骨的多平面重建CT图像。
胫骨扭转角定义为胫骨髁横轴（或胫骨髁后轴）与胫骨远端颅侧轴所形成的角。
