髌腱角是一种用于评估胫骨解剖学特征的测量指标，适用于易感犬或存在前十字韧带断裂风险的犬。该测量值由胫骨的内外侧位X线片确定。X线束以膝关节为中心，伸展角为135±5°。当股骨髁相互重叠时，内外侧位投照被认为是可接受的。
髌腱角的测量方法为：胫骨近端关节定向线（胫骨平台）与一条从髌骨最颅侧点至胫骨粗隆最颅侧点所作连线之间的角。
