The anatomic medial proximal humeral angle is a landmark used to assess angular deformities of the humerus and provide guidance for correctionsin. It is determined from a cranio-caudal radiograph or a multiplanar reconstructed CT images of the humerus.

The anatomic medial proximal humeral angle is the angle between the anatomic humeral axis in the frontal space and the proximal humeral joint orientation line in the frontal plane.
