Medial coronoid process
Processus coronoideus medialis
Definition
The medial coronoid process projects from the anconeal process to the medial part the distal end of trochlear notch. It articulates with condyle of humerus in carnivores and is greatly reduced in ungulates. The medial coronoid process is considerably more developed than the lateral coronoid process in carnivores.
