Palmar intercarpal ligaments
Ligamentorum intercarpea palmaria
Definition
The palmar intercarpal ligaments are number of short ligaments join neighboring bones in the same row, and those of the distal row to the metacarpus.
In dogs (Miller), it is considered that the palmar intercarpal ligaments fused with the fibrous player of the joint to form the palmar carpal fibrocartilage (that could correspond to the carpal radiate ligament in the NAV...).
